Latest on the EU Proposals for recreational anglers... (acknowledgments to source copy, as appropriate)

It seems that there has been a wholesale change of thinking at the EU. The complete Fisheries Policy has been abandoned in favour of local fishery management. State by State it seems. There is still a lot of work to be done, but some progress appears to have been made. Maybe..... British boats may be able to fish British waters without EU interference. We'll see of course!!
